We have simplified our online gobo order process. We offer several options for artwork, so please follow the instructions for the type of gobo you are looking for as listed below:

Simple Text:

This option works great for Weddings, Anniveries, Grad Parties, or anyplace you need a simple text gobo to let everyone know who is being celebrated. Use the following steps to place your order:

1. Select your Gobo Type.
2. Select Simple Text from Graphic Options. If the artwork proves to be complex a nominal $5 fee may be required to create the graphic file. Such fees have proven to be exceptionally rare and you will be contacted to authorize any additional fees.
3. Type in the text you wish to appear on the gobo in the Gobo Text field. We allow for up to 20 characters. Depending on the font this may be more than will easily fit on your gobo. If you need more then please see our Custom Artwork instructions.
4. Select the font you wish to used from Gobo Font. See the Font Sample tab for examples of the fonts we offer. We are currently working on our font list. Please select I Don't Know, Call Me or any of the listed fonts. We will verify the font before any action is taken. If you require a custom font there is an additional $5 fee for us to add the font to our system. You will be responsible for any costs to acquire the font if it is not freely available.
5. Enter the Gobo Size or Fixture Name. If you know the specific size of the gobo type it in that field. If you only know what lighting fixture you have type that instead. If you do not have a projection light type the name of one of our suggested fixtures and be sure to purchase it or your gobo will have nothing to go in.
6. PLACE YOUR ORDER! We can not process any graphics until an order has been placed.

Customer supplied artwork:

If you already have a graphic file with the design you wish printed on your gobo follow these instructions. The file should be in one of the following formats, but we can accept nearly graphic file type: ai, eps, tif, jpeg, psd, and cdr. See instructions below for "Custom artwork" if you do not have a graphic file.

1. Select your Gobo Type.
2. Select either E-Mailed Artwork or Uploaded Artwork from Graphic Options. Click this button to activate our upload widget, or email your artwork (include your name and order #) to gobosales@djsprosales.com . Please do not send your artwork to any other address unless instructed too by our gobo department even if directed to by a sales associate. We do not want your gobo order delayed by a lost email.
   1. Due to font and file size issues, please DO NOT SEND Photoshop files unless specifically requested by our gobo department. Most graphic file formats work fine with our process, but Photoshop files are usually both too large and do not embed fonts which are not universal to all computer/Photoshop installs.
3. Enter the Gobo Size or Fixture Name. If you know the specific size of the gobo type it in that field. If you only know what lighting fixture you have type that instead. If you do not have a projection light type the name of one of our suggested fixtures and be sure to purchase it or your gobo will have nothing to go in.

Custom Artwork:

If you have a logo or just an idea of what you want your gobo to look like you will want to follow these instructions. There are additional service charges which the cart will only charge our minimum fee. If your artwork project is more involved you will be contacted to authorize any additional artwork fees or to simplify your project to meet your budget. We want you to have the best experience with your gobo and will work with you to try to make your artwork needs work out.

1. Select your Gobo Type.
2. Select Custom Artwork from Graphic Options.

For custom artwork our gobo department will get in touch with you to verify your requirements and work with you to create the desired gobo.

Due to certain laws and regulations, we must charge sales tax for orders shipping to the following states:

CA - 7.25%
CT - 6%
GA - 4%
NY - 4%
OH - 5.5%
RI - 7%
TX - 6.25%
WA - 6.5%

These will be applied after the checkout process, but before the credit card is actually charged by our processing department.
