Payment
DJS Pro Audio and Lighting accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal, and Discover. Your shipping address MUST match the billing address of your credit card. In other words, we must ship the product where your credit card bill is sent. We can ship to a secondary address if you call the number on the back of your credit card and add a secondary shipping address. It is free, and only takes a few minutes to do. This policy is for your protection and almost eliminates the chance of credit card fraud. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DJS Pro Audio and Lighting can only process credit cards from the United States and Canada. Over seas orders can only be done with a pre pay check by mail or Western Union. Please email us if this is of interest and we will make arrangements.
Checks may be sent for advance payment, but the order must be held until the check clears. Please email us to make arrangements.
SHIPPING
DJS Pro Audio and Lighting ships most domestic packages through UPS. All International packages will be estimated through our shopping cart for U.S.P.S. shipping only. Customers may request a shipping quote through an alternate carrier such as UPS after checking out by sending an email to sales@DSJProSales.com . Such quotes will be billed separately and in most cases are more expensive due to hidden surcharges.
Heavy or over size items will ship via a trucking company of our choice. We research the least expensive and most reliable transportation available at the time to assist you in choosing a shipper.
Expedited Shipping refers to the shipping method only. Packages may be delayed due to a number of factors including orders placed outside normal business hours, orders after the shippers receiving hours, warehouse handling time, etc. If you need an order by a specific date, please call 1-888-DJS-PAL1 (1-888-357-7251) to verify if we can ship the order in time. We can not be responsible for delays caused by the shipper.
PO boxes and APO boxes have to be shipped through US mail (U.S.P.S.) and there is a $15 surcharge for this additional service.
Shipping addresses must match either your credit card billing address or any alternate address that is registered for shipping with your credit card company. Please contact your credit card company to authorize any additional address if you need an alternate shipping address. PayPal addresses must be confirmed before we can ship. These policies are part of our fraud protection efforts and no exceptions will be made.
UPS Ground Transit Estimates:
Most items that ship with UPS will arrive with in the number of days indicated. Results may vary due to handling requirements or other delays in shipping. Most items ship from Zip Code 48092.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
It is the customer’s
responsibility to ship items claimed defective or "DOA" (dead on arrival) back
to DJS Pro Audio and Lighting. DJS Pro Audio and Lighting
must be contacted within five days of receipt of product to obtain an RA
number. No returned products will be accepted without a RA number for defective product claims.

will test the item and if it is to be determined defect we will credit ground
shipping and replace or fix the item and return at no charge.
Any product returned as "defective" by the customer which is tested and
deemed to be in fine working order by DJS Pro Audio and
Lighting staff or if the item is determined damaged by the customer

Returns
All communications concerning RA Numbers, Cancellations, and/or Order Changes must be addressed via E-Mail. These requests and subsequent replies must be addressed to orders@DJSProSales.com. Phone calls or communications via other internet sources may not be expedited appropriately, and will not be considered in compliance with our policies.
30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our merchandise, unless otherwise specified, is new and is covered by manufacturers warranty. Special Ordered items, Used/Consignment items, Final Sale items, hard copy software, and digitally delivered software, computer electronics, discs, needles and cartridges, chemicals, gel sheets or caps, pyrotechnics, batteries, slip mats, lamps, windscreens or any other perishable may not be returned and will not be accepted for exchange. To exchange a product, send an email to orders@djsprosales.com and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please include the order number and product id from your invoice along with a description of the reason for returning. Someone will contact you within 2 business days. After two business days you may call to inquire about your inquiry. Merchandise received without a proper RA number will be refused and sent back to you. Merchandise must be returned in a “Like New” condition in it’s original packing with all manuals and unfilled warranty cards.
POLICIES
NO REFUNDS. However we will gladly exchange your product for anything else that we sell, of the same or lesser value within 30 days. A restocking fee may be charged if product is not unused in original packing or if any parts are missing or damaged, or if the product is not returned within 5 days or is returned without an RA number. Any return voids the free shipping policy and the customer may be charged for the cost of the original shipping plus any additional shipping charges due to exchanges. Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with any upgrades.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. The customer will be required to follow the shippers damage claim policy as well as contacting DJS Pro Audio and Lighting no later than 5 days after receipt of the package. If DJS Pro Audio and Lighting is not contacted within 5 days of receipt of any damaged in shipping product the customer forfeits any shipping damage claims. After said 5 days the responsibility for any damage claim activity will be the customers.

Coupons and Special Discounts
The following rules apply to all coupons and special discounts unless specific rules are stated with the coupon advertisement. Where specific rules are stated, all rules stated here apply unless specifically over ridden by the advertised rules.

Free Shipping calculations are only valid if the cart total after discount is over $499.99. Due to limitations in our shopping cart, this free shipping restriction will be verified while your order is being processed and shipping will be added back to your total if the order does not qualify based on this restriction.
